Bio:<\/h3>

Prof. Jeffrey A. Greene<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is the McMichael Distinguished Term Professor of Educational Psychology and the Learning Sciences in the Learning Sciences and Psychological Studies program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on how people become effective, efficient, and critical users and creators of information in technology-rich environments. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and book chapters on topics including self-regulated learning, epistemic cognition, and online learning, and he leads the CLICK Research Group, which studies how people Critique, Learn, Investigate, and Construct Knowledge in the modern world.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Prof. Greene is a Fellow of Division 15 of the American Psychological Association and a Fellow of the American Educational Research Association. He is a recipient of the APA Division 15 Richard E. Snow Award for Early Contributions and has served in key editorial roles, including co-Editor of\u00a0<\/span>Educational Psychologist<\/span><\/i>. He is also co-editor of major reference works in the field, including the\u00a0<\/span>Handbook of Epistemic Cognition<\/span><\/i>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>Handbook of Self-Regulation of Learning and Performance<\/span><\/i>, and currently serves as Interim Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
