Eligible applications must involve student teams that have successfully passed an initial selection stage in the competition. Funding may cover <strong data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"730\">flights, accommodation, registration fees<\/strong>, and, where applicable, <strong data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"830\">travel and accommodation for the course instructor (lecturer rank only)<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Applications must be submitted in <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"902\">two parts<\/strong>: completion of an <strong data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"948\">online application form<\/strong>, and submission of a <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"998\">detailed budget by email<\/strong> to <a href=\"mailto:Tzohar1@univ.haifa.ac.il\">Tzohar1@univ.haifa.ac.il<\/a>, including official confirmation or invitation to the competition. Applications will be reviewed based on academic excellence, the competition\u2019s international standing, its contribution to the students and the University, and budget availability.
