The Division of Global Engagement aims to inform and connect students, staff, and faculty, and engage in international exchange.<\/strong><\/p>

The University of Haifa is the largest university in northern Israel and the most pluralistic institution of higher education in the country. It comprises eight faculties: Humanities<\/a>, <\/span>Social Sciences<\/a>, <\/span>Law<\/a>,<\/span> Education<\/a>, <\/span>Social Welfare and Health Sciences<\/a>,<\/span> Natural Sciences<\/a>, <\/span>Marine Sciences<\/a>, and Design.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Over 17,000 students from a wide range of ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds are enrolled at the University of Haifa. The University also offers<\/a> 18 international graduate programs taught in English and a Study Abroad program.\u00a0The University\u2019s distinctive mission is to foster academic excellence in an atmosphere of tolerance and multiculturalism. Driven by crossings between fields of research and social responsibility we are creating a new learning environment, a stronger community, and a better Israeli society.<\/span><\/p>

We aim at sharing expertise, skills, and knowledge with international partners to generate opportunities to raise standards of research and higher education in Israel and globally. We are committed to providing a welcoming environment to international students and researchers and to enable global engagement to academic staff, administrative staff, students, and all university units.<\/p>
